Where,is,render>lighting,effects,in,POE-18?

I just updated from Elements 11 to Elements 2018. I don't see a filter for render>lighting,effects. I only have lens flare. Did they remove it? Thanks

Yes, they removed it in the more recent versions. Suggest that you retain PSEv.11 on your computer in order to avail yourself of this filter.
