    ASP.Net code comments

We are currently developing a product in ASP.Net and writing the online help in RoboHelp 7. Some of my co-workers seem to think that Adobe has a tool, or there is a way in RoboHelp 7 where the product can look at the code and comments and then extract the comments out of the code for use in a RoboHelp 7 project. I've never heard of Adobe creating a tool like that or being able to do that in RoboHelp 7, is this true?

Thanks in advance for your time.
