It is not something that RH can do, or indeed any of the other main HATs can do. What I believe does exist are some apps that can extract code from specific development tools and create some htm files.
They are specific to whatever your developers use so you will have to ascertain that and then search around. How usable the help is when created in this way is something you will need to review.
If this post does not get any other response, you might want to try the HATT group on Yahoo where authors working with other tools might be able to contribute as well.
Microsoft's Sandcastle tool can generate MSDN-style documentation from .NET assemblies and the XML comments in their source code. In theory at least, the resulting HTML pages could be used as input to RoboHelp. See:
Thanks Peter and Pete. I didn't think so. Pete Lees, I started looking at sandcastle and told my boss about it, but I still needed to research this. I will look further into sandcastle.
