Going through a certification course that several people have successfully completed. Using Chrome and Windows 10. Completed videos, notes review and test - says completed but module will not advance to next unit. Unit says In-Progress. I have cleared history - tried MS Edge - tried on my iPad all have same results. Any suggestions?

Completion and Success might not be the same thing.

What are your Quiz Settings for these modules?  Can you show screenshots?

I was talking about the Quiz > Settings screens inside Captivate, not your LMS.

Just a minute...Are you on a Captivate Prime LMS?

If so, you may have posted this in the wrong forum.  This is the Adobe Captivate User Forum, not the Captivate Prime forum.  (You can thank Adobe for the confusion in the naming.)

RodWard...I have this same issue with learners not being able to navigate to Module 2, unless I complete the module for them.   We are using SumTotal for our LMS.  Do you know what the issue is that preventing learners from easily navigating with projects created in Adobe Captivate 9.

Is there a quiz in this module?  Your settings seem to indicate that there would NOT be a quiz and users would be awarded completion simply by visiting at least 70% of the slides.

There is no quiz in the first few modules, and the learner must view 70% of the slides, via clicking to advance through the slides.  The quiz is always in the final module.
