This year I started working as a freelancer and bought a 'Adobe Creative Cloud Buisness' account. But I'm a girl working alone Can I switch to a Individual account? Or is that just for private use?

anyone can use an individual account and anyone can use a business account.  select which ever works best for you but, in general, a free lancer would select an single-user/individual account.
