I have tied a couple of different things based on the previous discussion forums but am still having quite a bit of difficulty. I have tried:
For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.
Help -> Erase authorization.
ADE will be deauhorized.
Now again AUTHORIZE ADE
Help-> authorize computer.
Choose Start > Run.
In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.
In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.
Your authorization will be deleted.
ADE will be deauthorized now.
Now Authorize ADE again.
Deleting the Adobe Digital application and downloading a new version.
I have a PC computer and non of these things have helped. When I try to deauthorize Adobe Digital it says that my password does not work however, I have no difficulties logging into the main website with my user email and password. Can someone please help me solve this problem? Thank you.
