I need help with a file...font get distorted when modified???

Everytime i tried to change words of modified the size of the sentence then the words became distorted and duplicated like the font is made of two differents parts. Like in the image below. Can youplease tell me wat i need to do for this to stop and let me modify the file whitout any problem.

I really need this file to be modified very urgently so please help.

Program i am using is adobe acrobat pro.
