We own Adobe CS2 volume licence and two retail upgrade support keys for CS5.5 (Retail Upgrade).

How should I install and register Adobe CS5.5 for user, when CS2 is not supported anymore and my volume key cant be used during installation?

Can Adobe exchange our keys (CS2+upgrade) for new key (CS5.5) or there is another way to use my product?

What I was doing: because is no more posible activation CS2, I do installation this way: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html?promoid=19SCDRQK

Our original CS2 was volume licence, of course with some different number.

Now I installing CS5.5 RETAIL upgrade, but on the second page, when installation ask for the number of original product, I have problem with the CS2 code now (code of RETAIL CS5.5 upgrade is accepted):

The code from the replacing CS2 installation from the Adobe site is not accepted with upgrade (invalid serial number) .
