Hi,

We are evaluating Adobe Sign and other e-signature platforms to be integrated into our BPM+SharePoint for document management.

As we are using a BPM, the user who will send documents to be signed by others will be always the same, a system (non-human) user.

In this scenario, an individual license plan will be enough?

We have seen the license limits here: Límite de transacciones, but there is no specification about how many documents we can send with each plan, can you provide more information about that?

Thanks

Greetings!

In addition to the volume limitations, access to the API, required for the integration, is limited to an Enterprise level of service.

Even if your volume was to be <150/year, the service plan required to integrate would have to be Enterprise.

The best advice would be to contact a Sales representative, describe your needs and volume estimates, and see what kind of solution they can provide.

Hi DavidZardoya,

Sorry for the delay in response.

The type of Adobe Sign license you need depends on your requirement.

In Adobe Sign individual license plan, there is a transaction limit of 150 per year

For the team account, the limit is same as the individaul account for each user in that account.

In Enterprise and business account, the limit is decided while subscribing the service as per your requirement.

For more information or for comparing the plans, you may refer this help document Adobe Sign plans for individuals and businesses | Adobe Document Cloud.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
