    Trying to change my annual subscription but it doesn't allow me (no button whatsoever)

      Hi,

       

      So, I purchased an annual subscription for all creative cloud but now I only need Illustrator. Want to change this on my subscription but apparently it's impossible. First I need to cancel it which is a frustrating endeavor that ends in the chat not working in working hours. From what I've checked, the usual reply is "follow the steps and contact adobe e support" which is understandable BUT DOESN'T SEEM TO WORK AT ALL. So, what can I do?
