Impossible to use digital signature with Acrobat and High Sierra

I have got a problem of digital signature with certificate with Acrobat DC and High Sierra.

When you are invited to draw a rectangle to append your signature, I have a black window and it's impossible to escape from it. I am forced to leave Acrobat.

The signature works with Acrobat Reader.

I have tried to uninstall DC, but it doesn't works anymore.

Thanks a lot.

Could you please try updating Acrobat to the latest patch (2018.009.20050) and see if that resolves the issue?

Launch Acrobat >  click Help > Check for updates. You may also download updates manually from this link: Overview — Acrobat and Adobe Reader Release Notes

Reboot the machine after installing the update and try again.

Keep us posted with the results.

Hi Francoisc,

As mentioned above in the description, you are getting black window when trying to sign a document using a digital certificate in Acrobat DC. Could you let us know the dot version of Acrobat you are using? To check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Also, try rebooting the machine if you haven't already and try signing pdf file again, does that work?

If not, try signing another pdf and check if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
