    CC membership not transferring to mobile


      Hey all!


      I have an adobe creative cloud membership, I use it for lightroom, and it's working fine on the desktop app but on my ipad it says that my trial expired, I guess not detecting that I have a membership. I am signed in with my proper account, but still nothing. When I try to tap "restore purchases" it says "Unable to complete purchase. Sorry, we couldn't complete your purchase. If the problem persists, please contact our support."



      I tried looking online but could not find a solution to this. It's frustrating as I just want to edit my pictures since I mainly use the app and not the desktop version.
