    GPU requirements

I've been using a 2013 Macbook Pro to work with Premiere CC "2013." It has a NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB which has been working with CUDA. I'm looking at a 2015 Macbook Pro which has "Intel Iris Pro Graphics with 128 MB." I can't find this listed on Adobe. This seems like a less powerful GPU, at least less RAM. Will it work with current Adobe CC software? Will it be limited?

Work, yes... Limited, also very much yes

GPU will be in software only mode since it does not have enough video ram

New cards come out faster than Adobe can test and certify... if your card has 1Gig of video ram it should work

Actually, the Intel Iris graphics has dynamic RAM usage: It may "steal" at least 128MB, and may utilize as much as 1.75 GB of system RAM. As such, Premiere Pro will treat that integrated Intel Iris Pro graphics as a 1.75 GB GPU for MPE GPU acceleration purposes, provided that the laptop in question has well over 8 GB of installed RAM.

However, the Intel Iris Pro graphics' performance in Premiere Pro's OpenCL mode, while significantly faster than the cheapest of discrete GPUs these days, still falls well short of the better discrete GPUs that we've been recommending: Its performance in OpenCL mode is roughly equal to that of a discrete GeForce GT 1030 in CUDA mode, as far as Premiere is concerned.
