In Acrobat Pro DC a document with measurements fails to print when selecting "Document and Markups" in the dropdown menu under Comments & Forms. The printing progress window appears and stays at 0% indefinitely. The printer status shows "Spooling" but never progresses.

Selecting "Document" only enables printing without the desired measurements visible. How can I print with the measurements viewable? The preview image in the lower right corner of the print window shows the dimensions when selecting "Document and Markups".
