I am using a Mac, have the latest version of Adobe Reader am able to print all other documents however I am unable to print any PDF documents which I was able to previously print. When Selecting File > Print > the following box with printer preferences does not appear.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to print any PDF file from the Adobe Reader, Is that correct?
Please restart the Mac machine once, and try to print any PDF, and check if the restart brings any difference.
Please check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from Help Menu>Check for updates.
