    Software won't launch in CC


      When I try to launch an application like InDesign I get a box that says Sign In Required....please sign in with your adobe ID and it lists my ID.

      I hit the Sign In button and the next window says Thank You Creative Cloud will now be licensed for (my ID). Click continue to enjoy the software. I click Continue and the next screen is back to the Sign in Required. I am never asked for my password. The windows keep rotating and the app doesn't launch.

      I uninstalled and reinstalled the applications and also the Creative Cloud desktop app but it didn't help.

      Please help. I am unable to use any of the CC applications.
