Im so sick of this now, had 3 of your technical guys on this and it is still not fixed, tried updating my graphics drivers and all sorts but still not fixed.
I am on Windows using Photoshop CC.
My graphics card is GeForce GTX 1050 and I was working on a photoshop timeline project (motion graphic).
At the moment I can only go forward in the timeline and not backwards - please help!
Who do you think you are addressing here. This is a User forum not adobe support. If you provide information about your problem users here may be able to help you resolve your problems.
