directed me here! so what now?
Adobe Customer Service is really poor. Explain to them you paid them for a service and either they can provide or you will ask your credit card company to reverse the charge since they cannot provide the service.

Call them again and if the agent is unable or unwilling to assist you directly, ask for their supervisor and escalate.
