Adobe Presenter not formatting Notes/Search/Outline Pane correctly

We want to start publishing our Presenter presentations in HTML5 format as Flash will be unsupported soon. The problem when we publish to HTML5 from Presenter 11.1 is that the Notes pane on the right side of the screen does not follow our formatting. It shows the tabs in different colors and centers all text in the Notes pane. Is there a setting or something we can do about this? Any help would be appreciated!
