multiple index.html pages linking to different css style sheets

Hi Community,

So here's my challenge, and I wonder if it's just not possible on BC.

1) I created a site using Adobe Muse and uploaded to BC.  Everything worked as expected.

2) I learned to write HTML / CSS on my own....and created another site using Dreamweaver.

I uploaded the index file of the 2nd site that I coded on my own to ./secondsite/index.html

I added images, CSS etc based off of that second folder structure:

./secondsite/resources/css/style.css

./secondsite/resources/images/someimage.jpg

I have the correct pathnames to those assets - but when I browse to ./secondsite/index.html it's all broken links.  I've tested the site locally and on github pages....I gather this is not possible to do (build multiple 'sites' in different file structures)?
