Send File Button Not Working

Hi,

My direct send file tool button won't work. It did and now it doesn't....?????

I am running the newer monthly subscription service with adobe acrobat.  (Version 18.009.20050) I've ran updates but it says I'm current.

My Outlook is 2010 Version 14.0.7190.5000 and is set as the default....

What can I do to make this work again. Tired of waiting for IT guy....and I keep forgetting to attach the docs in an email.

Tired of looking stupid to my customers....
