I just got ExportPDF and I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word document.  The conversion occurs but the Word Document is not editable.  I need to be able to copy and paste from the converted Word document but it is still acting like a PDF.  When you try and highlight something it acts like the text is a picture.  If you click on a line it will put brackets around the line and let you copy it but you cannot swipe the line or paragraph and you cannot select a portion of the text.  This is going to be useless to me and I am going to have to copy the whole document - what a waste of time and money.

Please HELP.

Hello tylerleejr

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, please try to export the PDF through a different browser like Chrome or Firefox, or Safari using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and check if this brings any difference.

You may also try disabling OCR and try converting the file. Are you facing issue with one PDF file or with all the PDF files?

Try converting any other PDF file.

If the issue persists, is it possible to share the PDF with us so that we can check? To share the file, please refer to How to share a document

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
