edit as smart object in PS?

i only have a edit in PS option which creates a TIFF which opens in PS....

any idea if edit as smart object is hidden somewhere?

i can now access the LR CC library in PS, when i click "import" there, it creates a TIFF as well, correct?

There is no Edit as smart object in Lightroom CC. For that you need Lightroom Classic.
