Adobe DC pro 2015 enterprise maximizing screen everytime

maximizing screen every time, and should be able to resize and remember it for future, do not snap to screen (but it does regardless of any settings/preferences, need to be able to utilize multiple programs and see desktop at any given time without having to resize a pdf every time I open one.

Reboot the machine after installing the update and try again.
