sync cloud to computer automatically?

I use Adobe DC Pro with CC. How do I maintain a copy of a PDF on both the cloud and my physical computer and how are changes to each synced?

As per the description above, you want to manage and work with your PDF files on Adobe Document Cloud as well as on your computer, Is that correct?
