Hallo
Ich habe ein komisches Problem mit Adobe Acrobat Pro 2015 (Windows): Praktisch jedes PDF welches seit neuestem gespeichert wird, generiert folgende Fehlermeldung:
Das Dokument konnte nicht gespeichert werden. Beim lesen dieses Dokuments ist ein Problem aufgetreten (109).
Meine Recherche hat bisher noch keine Lösung ergeben - nur einen Workaround, welcher aber auf Dauer nicht praktikabel ist. Lösungsansätze:
- Adobe Acrobat auf den neuesten Stand bringen - erfolglos, da schon in der aktuellsten Verison installiert
- Überprüft, ob die Vorschau für die Dokumente aktiv ist - erfolglos, da nicht eingeschaltet
- Sichergestellt, dass die PDF nicht aus dem Internet heruntergeladen wurden, und durch einen allfällig unvollständigen Download korrupt sind. Die PDFs sind alle auf anderem Weg auf das Gerät gekommen
Viel mehr hilfreiches haben die Foren nicht hergegeben.
Der aktuelle Workaround sieht wie folgt aus: Korruptes PDF schliessen, anschliessend mit PDFAnnotator öffnen, neu abspeichern, und im Adobe Acrobat Pro wieder weiterarbeiten. Dies kann allerdings auf Dauer keine Lösung sein.
Gibt es andere Lösungsvorschläge?

Sorry for the delay in response.
As you have mentioned above, you get the error message whenever you try to open the PDF.
Could you please provide us the following information:
-what is the exact version of Adobe Acrobat DC installed on your machine? (Take help from the step mentioned here Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC )
-OS on the system you are experiencing the issue?
-Do you get this error when you open PDF from some particular source
-Try once to create a new PDF from a Word file. Then try to open that file in Acrobat.
Check if that open without any issue.
-Is it possible to share some of the files with us to check it on our end? If yes, share the files using the steps mentioned here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
