Can log into LR CC - No Network

My LR mobile (CC) on my Samsung S7 didn't seem to be syncing. I signed out of LR CC and tried to sign back in. It will not let me - claims there is no network connection (not true). My last resort will be to uninstall and reinstall unless someone has a better solution. Thanks.

Problem went away. Only change - I shutdown LR Classic since it finished syncing to cloud. When I did that I was immediately able to log into Adobe acct and LR CC had no problem with syncing from the cloud.

This seems to me to be a bug of some sort, but perhaps it is the design.
