Untagged Element that I cant Tag

Hello Everyone,

Hopefully someone can help me out with this on this page, I have an item that I can't tag as an Artifact or anything and its causing an error of course.

Tried with TURO as well as going into the Content panel and searching but can not find it.

Any thoughts?

I don't have the source file so this is what I have to work with.

Assuming that the object in question is a phantom object (that's how it appears to me), could it be deleted without upsetting the tagging too much?
