Hi all veterans! 🙂 Need advice here. I attempted downloading an artwork created in Adobe Draw that I sent to creative cloud in pdf and it shows a white background. I downloaded the pdf file from the adobe creative cloud assets page. Is there any way to remove the white background or I should have sent the file out from Adobe Draw in psd format instead? Grateful for any urgent advice please, thanks very much! 🙂
As long as you have transparency in your project (no background layer), you can save to PDF with background removed.
You can either delete or turn off the visibility (eyeball) of the background layer to gain transparent background.
After the document is saved, it can be edited in Acrobat or Photoshop (or any other editor that recognizes the alpha channel that is saved with the PDF png)

This isn't working for me. I have the background visability off (you can see that the background is checkered/transparent)
Yet, when I save as a PDF or PSD to creative cloud - the background always turns to white. I've drawn all my characters for my animation in Adobe Draw and I'm trying to export them w/o a backgrond and w/o a drop in quality (so I can't do the Share - Save Image thing because that kills the image quality) Help! Thanks!

Hi there,
‘Apologies for the delay, I’ve been away. ’have you tried exporting to PNG? PNG supports transparency so it may be a better choice? You need to check the Tranceparency checkbox when exporting.
