Hi there
I am using a new high-end PC and Photoshop CC does not work on it, always Bluescreen after starting.
PC Configuration:
- Intel i9 Extreme
- 128 GB Memory
- Samsung 960 PRO Sequential (Read/Write 3500 MB/s/2100 MB/s)
- 1 x GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
- 1 x GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
- 6 x 27" Monitors
- Windows 10 64bit english
I have tried to install different versions of drivers, still the same problem.
I have also add settings in "NVIDIA 3D Settings" to make sure Photoshop only uses GTX 1080, still the same problem.
What can I do to make Photoshop running ?
Thanks and best regards

And what does the crash report actually say? Check your event viewer.

Hi there
I have just made some more tests on this, I had this situations:
- Photoshop was able to open a file, after closing Photoshop, Lightroom was not starting for about 4 times with crash report.
After a while I was able to start Lightroom and than I started Photoshop and got Bluescreen right away:
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
- After reboot I started Photoshop and got Bluescreen right away:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
EventViewer does not really show explicit error, I got some of these:
"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xfffff80255614680, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80155336166, 0x0000000000000002). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 3ebe061d-70ef-479d-a182-b4e9d03d94e5."
"The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID"
Thanks for your help and best regards
