I am running LR CC version 2015.13 on Windows 10.
Every time I try and delete a photo from my catalog LR crashes. I have been trouble shooting the problem and found that if I turn off my "use graphics processor" option that it will work. This is not ideal I use the graphics processor a lot during editing to speed things up significantly.
My graphics processor is ADM Radeon (TM) R9 270
I tried to create a new Catalog and that didn't change anything.
Let me know if there is a solution to this problem? Don't really want to turn off my performance to edit.

The cause may not be anything on your end. Your post is the 3rd in the past couple hours (including one from me) asking about/complaining about the same problem. I think the cause in on Adobe's end.
My LrCC Mobile app froze while deleting 1 photo. 45 minutes of trying different cures resulted in finally deleting the app and reinstalling.
