Hello,

When I tagged documents for accessibility through Abode, for some reason it removes icons/imagery on my PDF's.

My company has a requirement for accessibility that our documents are tagged but it doesn't seem fit for purpose if Abode Acrobat is removing certain imagery.

Can anyone advise why this happens and if there is a solution?

Thanks

Hi Alexs,

We apologize for the delay in response.

As shared above that for some reasons icons/imagery on PDF's getting removed using Adobe Acrobat, which shouldn't be the case.

Could you confirm the exact version of Adobe Acrobat you are working on and exactly when you notice that it removes the tag?

Hope you have followed the correct method of adding tags to the pdf as described in the help document- Edit document structure with the Content and Tags panels (Adobe Acrobat Pro)
