As I can understand from the description above, you have purchased an Adobe subscription and not able to use it, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC one year subscription on your current Adobe ID which you have used to log in to Adobe forums.

What is the error message you are getting while using the Acrobat Pro DC? Have you tried to sign out from Acrobat Pro DC and then sign back in, navigate to Help Menu in Acrobat Pro DC>Choose to Sign out.

Then launch the Acrobat Pro again, and click on Sign in on Top right corner of Acrobat Pro. Enter your current Adobe ID and password.

If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the error you are getting, to share the screenshot refer to How to share a document
