I have have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop for some reason has loaded twice, can open Adobe Photoshop CS^ but not 64bit. I have PSD files can open from Photoshop but get the following error if I double click on PSD file to open.
If you are launching Photoshop from a shortcut, perhaps the shortcut isn't properly linked to the original Photoshop.exe? Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit) and see if you can launch the application from there. If you can, then create a new shortcut
