Photoshop 19.0 lagging issue

Just started using PS 19.0 this morning. Moving along wonderfully then out of now where Lagging and Beachballs up to 30-second lags. Here are my Memory settings. Anyone experience this? I sure don't want to revert. please advise.

Have you updated to the Latest version should be 19.0.1

Also do you really need 500 history states, seems excessive to me, take a look here
