I have Lightroom 4, I upgraded to 6.  Download went fine.  Upon start it asked me if I wanted to upgrade my Lightroom 4 catalogue.  It upgraded.  It then shut down.  Once I started Lightroom 6 it asked me if I wanted to use the new catalogue, I said yes.  The program then shuts down.  I have repeated this over and over, continues to shut down.  I have restarted my computer after download hoping that would fix it, it didn't.  Please help.

Do you have installed the latest version of Lightroom (6.13) and which operation system do you use?

Do you work as an Administrator or as an user with admin rights?

Make sure that you have full access to the location where Lightroom try to generate the new catalog.
