We are having issues converting an   excel spreadsheet to pdf.

The spreadsheet  is a large one with multiple worksheets that has ODBC links to our servers.

On the old version of adobe acrobat, with win 7 and 4GB RAM this took about 5 minutes to generate.

We purchased a new  Windows 10 Dell i5 pc with 8GB Ram,  and purchased a subscription for the new version of adobe acrobat pro. The conversion of this document now takes over 30 minutes or often Hangs and crashes.

Both versions of office are 2016

I have searched slow on the forums but found nothing of use

Please advise any settings that should be changed and which way to create the document,

ie  we have tried via file print, pdf and adobe tab in excel. We have not used the create pdf from acrobat
