2018 Photoshop CC Font size/kerning/spacing/tracking/scale No longer updates without leaving the input field

Hi,

I use the select font size a lot by clicking on the input field and using up/down arrows on my keyboard to increase/decrease the value so I can dynamically adjust it's size.

I've found out that doing this no longer redraws the font until I leave the entry field (enter/tab)

After some investigation I've noticed that NO text related input field updates anymore without leaving the field or "enter"

Click-dragging the mouse isn't dynamically updating either without letting go of the mouse button (although I never used this method I don't know if this was/is correct behaviour)

Did the devs do a bit too much code cleaning or did they think this was a good idea to remove?
