Unless things have changed in CS3, whenever you use a mask over dynamic/input text fields, you have to embed the fonts in each of the textfields.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "embed the fonts in each of the text fields"
Please have a look at the .fla file: http://www.claudiudesign.org/test/sterg.fla
(this fla has the mask; if you remove it you will be able to see the working contact form)
It won't take you more than 1 min to understand what's up with it if your good at this.
Thing is I'm behind the schedule with this and I have to solve the problem as soon as possible.
I only had to see that you are using a mask over dynamic text to understand what's up. This is how Flash is... something you learn from experience.
In the properties panel for the input fields, you should see a button labelled "Embed..." That pulls up a menu of sorts where you specify what characters you want to have embedded.
pff...:) nice...thank you very much ... if you need help in the future with designing let me know... I owe you ...
Now there's one more thing left...the send command of the message using the enter key from keeybord...
