Sound clips not accessible on devices

I have recorded sound clips into the pdf file directly from Acrobat DC. However, when I open the file on my phone (using Acrobat Reader), I can't play those sound clips. Nothing happens when I click, or double-click on the icons.  I have exported the file as a pdf for mobile. How can sound clips be added (via the comment edit bar which puts a speaker icon on the page) and then be heard by the recipient on a device? I appreciate your help.

You can't. The Adobe mobile PDF viewers will not play embedded audio (or video... or 3D).
