Need to download a purchased copy of Photoshop CS5 to a new computer

The harddrive on my old computer crashed and I could not restore my purchased copy of Photoshop CS5 onto my new computer.  Where can I get a download to install on my new computer?

If your HD crashed, you most likely will have to contact Adobe to have them reset your license.
