How to complain about the Adobe tech support?

I am trying to contact someone.  I use Photoshop as my main tool for work.  Not only has Photoshop 2017 and 2018 proved faulty, I've been forced to downgrade to 2015.5 version.  lasso tools, eyedrops tools.. everything doesn't work consistently.  I'm considering cancelling my subscription and buying an old version that is more stable.  Beyond frustrated.  Is there anyone to contact.
