I am using the Adobe example (
) for loading files across domains when a cross domain policy file
is not present. This method is working PERFECTLY for loading
images, swfs, and videos. However, it does not work when loading
audio files--and I have no idea why. If anyone can shed some light
on the sound object and why it does not work when audio file paths
have GET environmental parameters, I'd certainly appreciate it!
Better yet, can get this working!?!
the reason is that the loadSound method must directly target
an mp3 file, not the 'resulting' string from the php return - no
matter how you end up reading or echoing the file address(es). you
must in this case gather the return string previous to using the
value within the loadSound method, as in:
PS. could you please remove the 'content' within the
loadSound method within the title of your thread, as it is
'breaking' the board layout - thanks :)
