(Sorry for my bad english)
I'm using Photoshop CC 2017 for my work as an illustrator. My work must in 800 x 1280 px for each image, but i have to make it in 800 x 30000 px for starter because it's a large artwork. When i sliced it and save it for web, my original size was decreased (width: 800 px to 218 px) and i can not change the size nor the percentage, the program said that it is the maximum size for it to be saved for web. The percentage stuck only at 27.25%
This is the original size:
I've just installed Photoshop CC 2017 yesterday and used it today, so i haven't changed any setting. Do anyone know how to solve this problem? T_T Thanks a lot!
I'm using Notebook ASUS A451L
Windows 7, iCore 3, RAM 4, 64 bit, 1.70 Ghz
Save For Web was never intended to handle anything like 30 000 pixels (and still isn't). At the time that code was written, a really large web image would be, say, 1200 pixels. That's what SFW was designed for.
The new Export module may handle large files better.
For these sizes do a regular "Save As".
