Since a few days all of my registered CS 5 versions of Photoshop, Premiere and Audition do no longer function properly.
All show up as expired test-versions, do not accept registered serial numbers. New installation from disk does not solve the problem.
Has anyone have an idea what has gone wrong here?

You might need to contact Adobe support for this one (have your original purchasing details, serial number and Adobe ID ready): contact-bumper https://helpx.adobe.com/au/contact.html

Before you do that try the following:

  • Did you have the software installed on an older computer, and possibly not deactivate the license before transferring it?  (Help menu> Deactivate).
  • Try running CS5 Cleaner Tool, and then reinstalling the software.  see: Adobe - Adobe CS5 Clean Tool
