Photoshop Elements 8

I have version 8 of Elements and it will not open on my 2013 iMac. It shows Error - 150:30,  and says that this version is no longer supported.

I don't use this often and would just like to still use it. It told me to restart the computer but that solved nothing.

Any advice?
