If I understand correctly, you are sending pdf via email from Acrobat Reader mobile application? And the email attachments are not received at receivers end?
Are you following the steps explained in the help document- Acrobat Reader Help for iOS: Emailing and printing or is it something else you are referring to?
You must check the email account that is configured on your device. Try sending any other file via email than Adobe Acrobat file.
