Failed to locate toolkit when trying to load purchased preset package

Hi! I'm new to all this and purchased a preset for photography package. When I try to load the presets into Lightroom CC, I received the message "failed to locate toolkit with id: com.adobe.ag.library

Any suggestions?

Could you please refer this article Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products and let us know if that helps resolving the issue.
