can not use font!:(

There is no font that installed on window in photoshop cc and illustrator cc.

I can use that font everywhere but except PHOTOSHOP and ILLUSTRATOR.

somebody help me please.

I use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 (32 Bit) and Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 (32 Bit)

Make sure that you have selected All Classes

Also make sure that Show favorite fonts is not turned on.
