Illustrator vectors have jagged edges and washed out colours in after effects and export.

I'm about to create a video from a vector illustrator file in after effects, but the edges are jagged within after effects and on export. I've tried exporting with after effects and with media encoder,  I have continuously rasterise ticked for every layer and I've tried converting all layers to shape. The colours are also washed out, even though the files are in RGB.

Can anyone help?

There is nothing wrong. A compressed format like H.264 affects color rendition and edge sharpness due to how it works. That's inevitable. You might want to educate yourself about these things with a simple web search.
