    Token not detected

      I am getting this error while installing new digital id from token, Adobe Acrobat could not find any new digital IDs. If your digital ID is on a hardware token, please make sure it is plugged in and the token interface is properly configured. Contact your system administrator for further assistance.

          Hi Vishwats,

           

           

          Sorry for the delay in response.

          Since it is related to Hardware and is being devised by the third party. I would suggest contacting the vendor of the device for this issue.

           

          Sadly, there is not much that can be done from Adobe side. If this issue found to be an Acrobat/Reader's issue their Developers will contact Adobe.
